Territory
Craig came to DMA in 1996 after sales and
management experience with the Kenway
Company. Starting as an outside salesman in
Louisville, Craig moved to Cincinnati in
2000 with his wife Nancy and their children,
Elizabeth and Brad to assume outside sales
duties there. Craig currently acts as the
overall sales manager for DMA. Along with
all of his other duties, Craig enjoys sports
while still finding time to teach several
fitness "spinning" classes weekly.

Dave Disney 1980 (CPMR)
Outside Sales Dayton Territory
Dave attended Western KY University before
entering sales, and then joined
Disney-McLane after working with another
manufacturer’s rep firm in 1980.
Dave is a graduate of the Certified
Professional Manufacturer’s Representative
program and has been a member of AIM/r since
1993, serving as a board member from
1998-2000. Dave has been
a member of ASPE since 1980 and has served
on several rep councils for our
manufacturers. Dave
enjoys fitness, golf and spending time with
his wife Sally and their three Shelties,
Rex, Bonny and Ginger.

Steve McLane 1973 (CPMR)
Outside Sales Special Representative
Steve began working for Disney-McLane in
1973 after graduating from Transylvania
University. Since joining Disney-McLane,
Steve has been a member of ASSE as well as a
past officer. Steve is a graduate of the
Certified Professional Manufacturer`s
Representative Program. Steve lives in Fort
Thomas with his wife Jeri and their son
Jamey. Jamey attends UK and their daughter
Courtney was married in 2003.

Brett Mullins 2001
Outside Sales Cincinnati and Northern
Kentucky. Brett has worked with Disney
McLane since 2001 starting in the warehouse,
then to inside sales and now outside sales
covering Greater Cincinnati and Northern
Kentucky. He graduated from the University
of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Marketing in
2005. Married to his wife Tracy in 2006, he
has recently had his first child, a girl
named Kendall. He enjoys sports, the
outdoors and hanging out with family and
friends.

Porter 2009
Outside Sales Northern Ohio
Tom has over 30 years experience as a
Manufactures Representative, with 28 of
those years in his own agency.
Tom has many specialty focuses,
specification products are one of them.
Tom has been married to his wife
Debbie for 34 years and has a son John.
Tom enjoys golf, bike riding, animals
and beer.
Kimberly Metzger 2010
Outside Sales Northern Ohio
Kimberly has 14 years of plumbing sales
experience, eight in outside sales and six
with inside sales and quotations.
Kim enjoys a game of golf, a little
wine and Diet Coke. She
also has a fondness for elderly dogs.
Jason Plageman
Jason started his career in the plumbing
industry 15 years ago as an apprentice. In
1997 he went to work for a plumbing
wholesaler where he has worked for the last
13 years. Jason enjoys spending time with
his wife and son, playing golf, basketball
and many other sports activities. He is a
lifetime resident of Columbus, Ohio and a
loyal Buckeye fan.
Rick Bayne
Rick has 25 years’ experience in commercial mechanical sales with both wholesalers and reps. Born and raised in Santa Barbara CA, he has spent time overseas and is married with three daughters and three grandchildren. Rick enjoys exceeding customer expectations, restoring old homes and barns, and working at the family farm east of Indy.
Kevin Spearing
Kevin has been in and around
plumbing for 35+ years. Received a Degree
in Education from Purdue University. Kevin
worked as Plumbing Quotations and job
coordinator for 11 years. For the past 16
years owned and operated the family plumbing
business (est 1911) Joined DMA team in
April of 2011. Kevin is married and has
three daughters.
Enjoys traveling....currently enjoys working
hard to pay for kid’s college. One at Purdue
another at Ball State.
Inside Sales
Mike Truitt 1998
Principal, Inside Sales Manager and Inside Sales Northern & Central Ohio
Mike joined DMA after managing a successful
Cincinnati restaurant. Mike and his wife
Sandy have four children Austin, Collin,
Madison, and a recent addition, Carson. Mike
is experienced in all DMA product lines and
is a certified operator / tester of backflow
prevention devices in Ohio. Aside from his
inside sales for our Columbus and Kentucky
markets, Mike oversees the entire inside
sales team and operations. An avid sports
fan, Mike enjoys playing golf, softball and
basketball as well as cheering on the local
colleges.

Jim Huesman 2004
Inside Sales – Indiana, Cincinnati & Dayton
Jim started with Disney-McLane in our
warehouse in 2004 part time while attending
the University of Cincinnati. Upon
graduation, he was promoted to inside sales
in 2007. He services all our territories,
but focuses on Indiana, Cincinnati & Dayton
markets. Jim married in 2009 and recently
celebrated his first daughters 1st
birthday. In his spare time, Jim enjoys
playing fast-pitch baseball, learning golf
and smoking cigars.

Steve Lee 2008
Inside Sales Kentucky.
Steve has a degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technology from the University of
Cincinnati. Working in the plumbing industry
for over 5 years, he has a wide range of
experience, including quotations, inside
sales, field service and applications
engineering. He has had extensive work
assisting architects and engineers with
commercial plumbing projects. Steve and his
wife Mary have three children, Sean, Jessica
and Danny. In addition to his professional
responsibilities, he his very active in
coaching and promoting several youth sports
programs.

Dave Evans 1997
Commercial Quotations and Jobs Coordinator
Dave Evans has done the commercial
quotations for DMA since joining the company
in 1997. Dave`s quotations are routinely
considered among the best in our industry.
Dave and his wife Debbie have two sons,
Shaun and Steven. Dave previously worked in
sales & marketing in heavy construction
equipment, passenger, freight elevators and
fire protection systems. He also enjoys
singing when he gets the chance!

Jesse Fleming
With over 10 years experience mainly on the
wholesale side Jesse has the experience
needed to assist in our Cleveland office
with a variety of duties. Jesse has worked
every position from branch manager, outside
sales, inside sales to the warehouse.
Knowing that outstanding customer service is
the key to attaining business he believes
that should never change over time. All
customers deserve the highest level of
professionalism, honesty and individual
attention every time they call. In his spare
time Jesse is an NHL fan, loves to travel
and pro bass fishing.

Marilyn Stitzel 1967
Customer Service Administrator Hired as
Disney-McLane’s first secretary and has
worked with the various lines of
manufacturers over the years. In her most
recent role, she currently handles order
entry and customer service for Woodford,
Watco, Schott, and assists with Watts and
Ames.

Robin Cox 2003
Administrative Assistant
Robin comes to us from the US Flow (Mutual)
Corporation. Robin worked in the Cincinnati
office for 10 years. Robin is very versatile
and energetic and brings these qualities to
the DMA team. Since joining us late in 2003,
Robin has consistently impressed our
customers with her energy and proactive
attitude. Robin is married to Mike Cox.
Robin enjoys watching football and
basketball. She also enjoys spending time
with her niece, nephew and stepdaughter.

Theresa Huesman 1999
Customer Service Administrator - Watts Regulator
Theresa began with DMA as a receptionist and
quickly moved into her new role as the
administrator for Watts. In this capacity,
Theresa handles all of the order entry,
invoicing, return goods authorizations and
credits for Watts Regulator products. She is
involved with many of our accounts and has
the ability to solve problems associated
with Watts. Theresa enjoys spending time
with her daughters, reading, watching sports
and exercising.
